About Me
Hi! I'm Kelly Buck. I'm a 42 year old mother of 2 with a passion for all things birth.
I’ve been working as a Birth Doula since 2015 and I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the most incredible women. Most recently, I have moved into the realm of childbirth education through Birth Boot Camp, something that has always interested me.
Many clients ask me where my passion for birth started. My first birth was challenging and I turned to a doula to help me navigate an unmedicated hospital birth for my second. My husband doula made me feel strong and beautiful and I wanted every birthing person to have that experience as well.
I found myself drawn to the work of Deborah Pascoli Bonari and Orgasmic Birth and Pain to Power. I had the fantastic opportunity to train as a doula with her. It was there that I learned how intimate and connected birth can be. It felt like coming home. That is how Amore Birth came to be.
